Guided Meditation Day 2

Hello and welcome everyone to day 2 of the meditation challenge. We are working on bringing you full 20 minute guided meditations and these will be available to you very soon. In the meantime, we invite you to watch/listen to the following meditation as a support to your commitment to practice.

  1. Today's meditation was still challenging for me, but I think it went much better than yesterday. :)

    In today's guide, when he was taking us through relaxing the different parts of our body, I was surprised to find how much tension there was in my midsection: belly and kidney areas. It felt very awkward for me to relax this area, because I was afraid that the pain would return (long story, but I have some health issues). The pain did not return. :)
    I may try the meditation again tonight to see if it helps me to sleep at night. I've been having trouble sleeping.
